#OnThisDay October 18, 1996. #MichaelJackson visited “Home without Barriers,” a home for orphaned and underprivileged children in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He cheered enthusiastically and raised his thumb as he watched two boys dance to his song “Jam”. Michael gave 150 gifts to the children, purchased himself, when visiting a local toy store before arriving at the school. Michael stayed for over an hour & gave away 2,000 tickets to the children, their families & staff for his concert that would happen in the city the next day. #MJHumanitarian
