Flashback To The Epic Moment A Michael Jackson Fan Jumped On His Stage

October 1996, Michael Jackson’s “HIStory World Tour” was making its way through Asia. On a South Korean tour date, a fan jumped on to the cherry picker Michael was riding high above the audience.

See how Michael kept the fan safe despite the danger:

There are some intense fans out there, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything that compares to this Michael Jackson superfan! He quite literally risked his life and limb to get close to the pop singer during a concert, resulting in an unforgettable moment.

While Michael Jackson was performing “Earth Song” at a large concert, one fan made it past security and all the way to the stage. He climbed aboard the platform where Jackson was singing, and rode with him as the platform soared high above the stage. Although this was an unexpected guest for the pop singer, he rolled with it like a true professional and kept singing. He even incorporated the fan into the performance.

Once the platform was lowered again, security immediately escorts the fan off the stage. It was a risky move — and one that could have resulted in this fan or the superstar getting seriously hurt. But it’s certainly a memory that will last forever.

It has been almost seven years since Jackson passed away, but fans of the King of Pop still celebrate his legacy today with some just as memorable instances. These inmates in the Philippines worked together to choreograph a dance to Jackson’s “Dangerous” — and it’s pretty incredible to watch. And one young girl absolutely stunned with a roller skating performance set to Michael Jackson’s “Beat It.”

Watch below and please SHARE this shocking moment with all the Michael Jackson fans you know!
