Red Vinyl with glittering spots full lining.

I don't know ,if it is really the right fabric?

It's stiff like a garden table cloth, but if you wear it ,it becomes warm and more flexible.

It's absolute non weight.

For more comfort, I add on the beat it jackets I make, 4 way stretch under the arm pits ( Like Michael Lee Bush did on the inseams of Michael's pants.

Much better for the lifting the arms
