Imagineer Gerry Matthews shows Michael Jackson his painting of Walt surrounded by Disney characters. Jackson subsequently commissioned a portrait of himself as Peter Pan with the Lost Boys. Gerald L. Matthews was an artist, sculptor, painter, and designer in his own right, in parallel with his work for WED. The photo shows the Lake Buena Vista offices of WED East, but Gerry was bi-coastal.
