Anche Sky TG24, nella sua pagina dedicata allo Spettacolo, ha voluto ricordare in questi giorni i 40 anni di 'Thriller', e lo ha fatto con un articolo molto chiaro e obiettivo che - oltre a riassumere la storia leggendaria dell'album dei record - illustra in un quadro sintetico ma completo le varie edizioni discografiche e le iniziative legate a questa celebrazione così significativa.

Ma la mia attenzione non ha potuto fare a meno di soffermarsi in particolare sul breve video introduttivo in apertura dell'articolo, nel quale scorrono rapidamente 10 interessanti curiosità sull'album più venduto di tutti i tempi.

Ebbene, guardate un po' chi viene citato in alto a destra nei credits di buona parte delle immagini (foto e video) contenute nel filmato...

Un motivo in più per andar fieri della realtà che ormai siamo diventati, e una piccola grande gratificazione per quanto facciamo ogni giorno in onore della memoria di Michael.

"One More Chance" wird in Großbritannien veröffentlicht.

Der Song „One More Chance“ war der einzige neue Song auf dem Album „Michael Jackson-Number Ones“ das 2003 erschien. Auf diesem Album wurden die bekanntesten Hits von Michael Jackson präsentiert, die zu verschiedenen Zeiten den ersten Platz in den Charts belegten. Nach „You Are Not Alone“, dem Welthit von 1995 und „Cry“ von 2001 war dieser Song bereits die dritte Zusammenarbeit Michael Jacksons mit R.Kelly. Leider schaffte es das Album damals nur Platz 13 in der Tabelle von Billboard. Das Video „One More Chance“ war ursprünglich für die Werbung und Promotion des Albums gedacht, wurde aber dann doch nicht verwendet.

“One More Chance” wurde am 20. November 2003 als Single-CD ausgekoppelt und am 22. November 2003 in Großbritannien veröffentlicht.
